Mission

The mission of NWI is to develop sustainable human capital (transitioning veterans and civilians), specifically trained to advanced Naval fabrication and inspection 

methods, with universal marketability, affording 

immediate placement at any public or private organization supporting manufacture or repair.

Vision

NWI aims to be the premiere welding, additive manufacturing, metallurgy, and nondestructive testing organization supporting higher education and the industrial workforce.
